Customizable track width in the track generator

Allow to make thinner (or thicker if someone wants to) tracks. Currently the width is pretty high and the collision system is very forgiving, making it very hard to create a chicane for example

Would probably require Let us test the tracks that we create to not throw garbage onto the submission pile
